Episode #64 Leadership without sinking the ship, and the Mishaps of Abraham Lincoln

Podcast Episode

Leadership in any setting: business, non-profit, governments, or family, is greatly misunderstood.  Many think a leader is one who rules with an iron fist, forges forward to his own plan regardless of what others say or feel, and collects the credit for the accomplishments whether he or she was entitled to it.  But many successful leaders don’t fit that personality type.  Harry Truman said, “You can accomplish anything in life, provided that you do not mind who gets the credit.”  Check in with Rick and Brandon as they talk about the right way to lead using the story of Abraham Lincoln.
