Episode #55 Small Business and Customer Traditions

Podcast Episode

The returning customer is the lifeline of a small business. Without returning customers, the business is not building but sustaining. It would be like comparing to treading water at the beach to swimming across the English Channel. Eventually your business tires out and starts to sink. Today Brandon and Rick talk about one way of bringing that customer back. The art of “bringing them back” is a diamond that has many facets. They talk about several stories including Mrs. Knott’s Chicken Dinner Restaurant, and the customers’ annual traditions.
