- Check out your accounting software. Can you view your profit and loss by:
- Product
- Department
- Region
- Sales person
- Check your accounting system to see if it allows you to see the cost each product or service you are providing.
- Make sure someone in your company is able to download EXCEL files of these reports.
- Learn to use Google Docs or another similar software that allows you and your company to update files without creating multiple simultaneous versions.
- If you have resources, check out budget software and clouds.
