This week Rick and Brandon continue the discussion of how to be a visionary. Last week they used Walt Disney as an example of a visionary in motion pictures and theme parks. Today they will give you some tips on being a visionary using one of the greatest visionary achievements of California, the Los Angeles Aqueduct and how it made Los Angeles what it is today.
- Do some reflection and write down your core values.
- Write down your core purpose.
- It should be “To [verb] + [Segment of the population you are helping]”
- List our ways you can keep progress moving forward without draconian measures.
- List out distractions and how you will address them in a way as to not take you off course.
