    1. Enable your stakeholders
      1. Identify and maybe change your internal culture
    2. Map the future
      1. Focus on the consumer type:
        1. Basic?
        2. Artistic?
        3. Versatile?
        4. Enriched?
    3. Personify you Consumer
      1. Sketch out your consumer problems and challenges
    4. Own the opportunity
      1. Understand the Gap between the consumer emotions/desires and current industry offerings.
    5. Work the design process
      1. Create a plan of actions
        1. Develop new consumers
        2. Develop new channels
        3. Create new business models
      2. Develop an Opportunity Zone
        1. Identify you target personas by asking:
          1. Who are the right consumers?
          2. Who is on the fringes?
          3. Who is likely to change to be a consumer?
          4. What needs are not addressed in your industry?
          5. What is the consumer’s main pain point?
        2. Discard actions that don’t address these.
      3. How does this work with your strategic and business plan?
    6. Engage emotionally
    7. Reward your consumer
