  1. Determine what customers want.  You may do this with a survey or a blog.  You may be able to uncover a new demand that is being overlooked in your industry.
  2. Look at what you are providing customers.  Are there products or services that customers are not utilizing but paying for?  If so, faze them out.
  3. Now that you have taken away unnecessary services or products, re-price what you are offering.
  4. If your service or product is creating a new demand, blast it out on the web as such.

Moral: Match what the customer’s want to what you have to offer, not the other way around.
